Hi! I'm Naomi. A North Carolina native with a passion for helping people. NSPYRE Solutions is a woman owned business focused on supporting women and minority business owners by providing real solutions and strategies for success. 

Here's my story:

Back in February of 2022, I was let go from a job in HR that I loved. Around that same, a coworking space for minority business owners opened up in downtown Wilmington. The team at Channel, powered by Live Oak Bank, provided me tools to be successful, showed me where to start, and gave me a safe space to launch my business idea.

I spent my days at Channel, building connections with other minority business owners, hearing their pain points and recognizing ways that I could help. As I got to know these business owners, I found that while none of them had a need for a full time HR department, all of them would benefit from access to a HR professional. They could all gain from someone who knew the federal and local guidelines and requirements, someone who could provide tools and resources, and someone who could take care of the busy work so they could take care of the BUSINESS. My background in customer service, retail, hospitality, education, mental health, start ups and established businesses gave me the ability to start helping people and businesses of all kinds. 

That's how I became known as the "Jill of all trades". 

It started with one client, an online fitness instructor I met through TikTok. I helped him manage his social media, email marketing, and invoicing. He added a nutritionist from NY to his team and a life coach in Australia. We took his business global! 

Then, I helped my best friend launch her life and health coaching business, Temple Rebuilders LLC. She had the Life & Health Coach certification and knowledge, but was lost when it came to filing for an LLC, creating a business email and setting up virtual sessions with clients. She's still going strong today!

One of my favorite collaborations was an impromptu session with Dru Richard, owner of Rich North Digital. He has this multi million dollar idea that I am currently watching unfold. I can't take any credit for the ideas, but absolutely loved our strategy session where he mapped out his thoughts and got it all on paper. Watching his vision come to life has been so inspiring to me!

And that's how I figured out that THIS is what I love. 

I love supporting people and their visions. I love connecting with someone's dream and strategizing with them to find their path to success. I love connecting people with other people and to the tools and resources they need.
